Banika Farm was recognized as the Top 1 Business Pitch during the Young Farmers Challenge (YFC) Upscale Competition 2025, marking a major milestone for our farm.

The awarding ceremony was held on December 22, 2025, at the Avenue Hotel in Tacloban City, where Banika Farm received the award alongside other outstanding startup and upscale awardees from across the region. The YFC Upscale program aimed to empower young farmers and agripreneurs by providing financial and technical support to help them establish, expand, and sustain their agricultural enterprises.

The award received by Banika Farm will be used to scale up operations, increase production capacity, and cater to a wider markets in the region, while also supporting the development of new value-added products. This milestone also served as an instrument for us to further our mission of supporting farming communities and strengthening partnerships with local growers and businesses.

This achievement is not only a win for Banika Farm but also for all of us who are advocates of youth-driven, community-centered agriculture.
